If your purchase fails within 1 year of your purchase, because of a Manufacturing fault, please advise us as follows.

Why the goods are faulty.
Please either

(a)    send us a photo of your faulty goods (by email or post ) with the above form or the returns form,

(b)   send by post your faulty product with the returns form.

If the goods are faulty we will replace the goods no charge & freight free.

Goods are returned to Gubba Products at your expense,
But if the products are faulty we will refund or credit you
for the cost of the return postage.
